🔁 Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or without original packaging.
  • Customers must provide the order number and photos of the product in case of a wrong or damaged item.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be refunded after product return confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products
  • Innerwear or personal care items
  • Discounted or clearance sale products

🧍‍♀️ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
